You Will Need

  • Air fryer (at least 2.5 qt)
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Shallow dish for marinating
  • Mixing spoon
  • Measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon filets (2 filets)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, grated or minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, dill, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl and pour into a shallow dish. Pat dry salmon filets and place skin-side up in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Arrange salmon filets skin-side down in the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for 8–11 minutes. If using the Total Chef 7-in-1 Air Fryer, select the pre-set "Fish" function or manually set the time and temperature using the digital controls.
  3. Remove from heat and let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving to let the juices redistribute. Garnish with lemon juice and serve with a garden salad or seasonal vegetables.

  • Air fryer, medium sized or larger (at least 2.5 qt)
  • Meat thermometer to check doneness
  • Medium mixing bowl or ziplock bag
  • Mixing spoon and measuring spoons
  • Basting brush (optional)

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts (with or without skin)
  • ½ tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towel. Brush all over with vegetable oil.
  2. Combine salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Place chicken breasts in the seasoning mix and turn to coat evenly. You can also combine the chicken and seasoning in a ziplock bag and shake well to coat.
  3. Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 22–25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). If using the Total Chef 7-in-1 Air Fryer, select the "Chicken" preset or set the time and temp manually.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5–10 minutes before serving to let the juices redistribute. Serve alongside a garden salad or your favorite seasonal vegetables.

  • 3 medium mixing bowls
  • Large ziplock bag (optional)
  • Mixing spoon
  • Fork or whisk
  • Measuring spoons and cups

Ingredients

  • 3 cups small cauliflower florets
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko crumbs
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. Using a fork or whisk, mix together oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add cauliflower florets and stir until evenly coated.
  2. Beat the eggs in a second mixing bowl. Place the panko crumbs in a third mixing bowl or ziplock bag. Toss the cauliflower florets a few at a time in the beaten egg and then the panko crumbs. Gently press crumbs into the cauliflower to adhere as much as possible.
  3. Arrange the breaded cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray evenly with cooking oil.
  4. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cauliflower is tender. Serve immediately with your favourite dipping sauce.

  • Medium mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 stalks asparagus, ends trimmed and cut in half
  • 4 brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3 brown mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup (50 g) extra firm tofu, cut into strips (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil or olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toasted white sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place vegetables, tofu (if using), garlic, oil, soy sauce, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Transfer into the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F for 7–8 minutes or until cooked to your liking, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve with steamed white or brown rice.
