Refund Policy
Koolatron offers a 30-day returns and exchanges policy for website purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. The fastest way to exchange your online purchase is to initiate the return process and then purchase the new item once the return is completed.
Returns or Exchanges
To initiate the return process, please email customer service at service.uk@koolatron.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please be sure to include your order number in the email. The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged/Defective Products
Your satisfaction is very important to us! Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you have received the wrong item or if your product is defective or damaged, please contact us right away at service.uk@koolatron.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to include your order number in the email.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We regret that we cannot accept returns of perishable goods such as food or plants; hazardous materials including flammable liquids or gases; custom products including special orders or personalized items; personal care goods such as beauty products; sale and clearance items; and gift cards.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once our customer service representatives have received and inspected the return, they will notify you to let you know whether or not a refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that there may be a slight delay before your bank or credit card company posts the refund. If more than 15 business days passed following your receiving notification that the return was approved without a refund being received, please contact customer service at service.uk@koolatron.com
